How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also monitor your delivery status through the 'My Orders' section in your account dashboard.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Global Republic accepts all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements to your own to ensure the perfect fit for our global styles.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to over 20,000 pin codes across India. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping to our global community very soon.
Are the colors of the products accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and studio lighting, there might be slight variations in the actual color of the garment.
