At Global Republic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.
Initiate Request
Log into your Global Republic account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality audit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
